MEGATRO has a complete staff of professional engineering personnel trained in the PLS pole program and three different manufacturing process for produce poles. We utilize the latest version of PLS-CAD, PLS-POLE, TOWER, AUTOCAD and other CAD software. We can optimize the pole shape and design with light weight and high strength. If client need back up file and loading report, we can design and provide them by PLS software. We can optimize design of the 115-kV single-circuit light weight steel H structure and widely accept by our overseas client. This type pole nearly same to Chinese 110KV transmission pole products. Now we mainly export this type poles to America and Latin American countries.
MEGATRO offers 115KV Steel H-Frame structures that can be used for electric sub-transmission or transmission applications in a range of lengths and sizes. MEGATRO H-Frames weigh considerably a little heavier less than traditional wood structures and are easier to transport and install. MEGATRO 115KV steel H-frames are engineered with an extremely high strength-to-weight ratio. The poles can be quickly deployed with minimal hardware and labor, factory drilled to customer specifications or modified in the field, if required, using a carbide-tip bit. In general, this type of pole fabricated with mild steel or high strength steel, such as ASTM A36, ASTM A572 GR50, 65, ST37, ST52, Q235B, Q345B or other.
MEGATRO 115KV Steel H-Frame structures systems can accommodate a variety of cross-arm and other accessories. All parts of the poles and cross-arms shall be hot-dipped galvanized after completion of manufacturing operation. No further manufacturing, touching up or modification shall be performed on the pole or cross-arm after they have been galvanized. Galvanization shall be as per relevant GB, ASTM, BS standards.
If client have other special requirements for pole design and fabrication, we can modify to conform to final requirements.
